This is a reminder of our athletic event attendance policies for Furman Middle School, Sumter School District.

All students in grades K-8 MUST be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian) to attend athletic events.  All high school students must present their school ID at the gate or game entrance to gain admission.  This policy is designed to provide a safe and supervised environment and to ensure the safety and security of our fans, players, staff, and community members.

Please note that there will be no exceptions to these rules.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in implementing these necessary measures.

Also, Sumter School District has implemented a clear bag procedure for all school athletic events.  This proactive measure is part of the district’s efforts to continually improve and advance safety and security measures.  Click here for more information.
