By Spring 2031, Furman Middle School will increase the percentage of students performing at a projected Approaches, Meets, and Exceeds on the Spring MAP Projected Proficiency Report in ELA and mathematics each year, using 2025–2026 as the baseline. The school will achieve a minimum annual increase of 2 percentage points in each performance level (Approaches, Meets, and Exceeds), while correspondingly decreasing the percentage of students performing at Does Not Meet. Progress will be monitored annually using Spring MAP projected proficiency data.

Progress will be reviewed annually using formal evaluation records, with a focus on building instructional capacity and supporting teachers who are below Proficient.
